  • Entries must be submitted on the country-specific website that the paid campaign ran in, regardless of where the campaign was managed from.
  • If a campaign ran in more than one market from the list above, you must select one country to submit in. If you submit the same campaign in multiple countries, only the first entry will be considered and others will be disqualified.

To be eligible for the TikTok Ad Awards 2024, the paid TikTok campaign's start date must fall between 1 Jan 2023 and 31 Dec 2023 inclusive.

  • Businesses, media agencies, and creative agencies are eligible to participate in the TikTok Ad Awards if they have run paid campaigns on TikTok, and the campaign's start date falls between 1 Jan 2023 and 31 Dec 2023 inclusive.
  • Best Local Hero Campaign is only open to businesses with fewer than 50 total global employees (including any subsidiary and parent companies).

No – by entering the awards, you agree (per the terms & conditions) that your entry can be used in promotional materials by TikTok for Business.

  • Case study video submission is highly recommended. There are no restrictions regarding the format and duration of the video.
  • Please attach videos via TikTok, Vimeo or YouTube links. If you are attaching Vimeo or YouTube links, ensure that your video is either public or unlisted.

 Yes. If you save your entry as you go, then you will be able to edit it up until the official entry deadline, via your entry dashboard.

  • Click 'Awards'.
  • Click 'Nominations' and edit.

Yes, each business can win in more than one category, as long as they are submitted in those categories for consideration.

If multiple agencies achieve the highest number of winning campaigns, they will jointly receive the titles of Media Agency of the Year and Creative Agency of the Year.
